Hamburger Buns

I do more than just programming, you know... :) We didn't have any hamburger buns since that wasn't on the weekly menu plan for this week, despite having a pound of ground beef ready to use in the fridge. Since I have a bit of experience baking, I figured I should take a stab at baking my own. I searched for recipes for a bit and found the same "40 minute hamburger buns" kind of recipe all over the place, but my main contention was the use of 2 tbsp yeast. That's a crazy amount. I opted for this recipe on the King Arthur Flour site. Here are some process and result pictures:
